Ingredients:
- Paneer - 250 gms (cut into cubes)
- Onion - 2 (chopped)
- Garlic flakes - 4-5
- Ginger - small piece
- Tomato - 1 big (chopped)
- Palak leaves - little
- Coriander leaves - little
- Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Red Chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Butter - 2 cubes
- Fresh cream - 2 tbsp
- Oil - 2 tbsp
For seasoning:
- Green cardamom - 2
- Cinamon - 2 pieces
- Cloves - 2
Method:
- Take a kadai & add oil
- When it becomes hot, add onion to that & stir well
- Add garlic, ginger, chilli & mix well
- When it changes its colour, add tomato, palak & stir till the palak becomes soft
- Then add coriander leaves
- Make it cool & grind in a mixer without adding water & keep aside
- Take another kadai & add oil in it
- When it becomes hot, add the seasoning
- Stir & add the ground masala along with butter (optional) & dry masalas
- Fry till the oil leaves sideways
- Then add required level of water & mix well
- Add fresh cream & cut paneer cubes
- Check salt & close the kadai with a lid
- Allow to boil for 5 mins in a medium flame
- After adding paneer, boil for another 5 mins & remove from the gas
- Serve either with roti, nan or paratha.
