Instant Rawa Uthappa










Ingredients:

  • Rawa - 1 cup
  • Curd - 1 cup
  • Water - 1 cup
  • Salt - As required
  • Soda - 1/4 tsp


For topping (All finely chopped):

  • Onion - 1  cup
  • Tomato - 1 cup
  • Green chilli - 2
  • Coriander leaves - little
  • Curry leaves - little
  • Salt - As required

(Mix them & keep aside)

Method:

  • Take a bowl & mix rawa, curd, soda, water & salt together dosa batter consistently for 20 minutes. 
  • Then keep tawa, apply little oil & wipe. 
  • Pour ladle-full of batter, spread gently along with the toppings. 
  • Press gently, pour oil & cover for 1 minute. 
  • Flip over, press gently, remove & serve with chutney.
