Ingredients:
- Rawa - 1 cup
- Curd - 1 cup
- Water - 1 cup
- Salt - As required
- Soda - 1/4 tsp
For topping (All finely chopped):
- Onion - 1 cup
- Tomato - 1 cup
- Green chilli - 2
- Coriander leaves - little
- Curry leaves - little
- Salt - As required
(Mix them & keep aside)
Method:
- Take a bowl & mix rawa, curd, soda, water & salt together dosa batter consistently for 20 minutes.
- Then keep tawa, apply little oil & wipe.
- Pour ladle-full of batter, spread gently along with the toppings.
- Press gently, pour oil & cover for 1 minute.
- Flip over, press gently, remove & serve with chutney.
